The 2025 International Conference on Applied Mathematics, Modeling, and Intelligent Computing (CAMMIC 2025) was successfully held in Fukuoka, Japan from March 21 to 22. The event was hosted by Fukuyama Kyushu University, co-organized by the School of Science at Shanghai University, and supported by the AEIC Academic Exchange Center. The conference brought together experts and scholars from around the world to explore the latest advances in applied mathematics, modeling, and intelligent computing.
The opening ceremony was chaired by a professor from the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Fukuyama Kyushu University. Prof. Peicheng Zhu from the School of Science at Shanghai University delivered an opening address on behalf of the co-organizing institution, extending a warm welcome to all distinguished guests and participants.
Keynote speeches were given by internationally renowned scholars, including Professor Nishibata Shinya from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Professor Tang Shanjian from Fudan University, Professor Xiang Yang from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Professor Shen Dong from Renmin University of China, and Professor Samad Noeiaghdam from the Henan Academy of Sciences. They shared their latest research achievements in applied mathematics, modeling, and intelligent computing, sparking in-depth discussions and reflection among the attendees. The academic atmosphere was vibrant throughout the sessions.
The conference adopted a hybrid format, combining online and on-site participation, and attracted over one hundred experts and graduate students from universities and research institutions worldwide. It featured various forms of academic exchange, including oral presentations, poster sessions, and a doctoral student forum. Many young researchers presented their work, facilitating the exchange and collision of innovative ideas. To encourage academic innovation and communication, several awards were presented at the conference, including the Outstanding Paper Award, the Excellent Young Presentation Award, and the Best Poster Award, in recognition of scholars who demonstrated exceptional research capabilities.
Through this conference, experts and scholars not only shared valuable research experience but also established broader collaborative relationships, laying a solid foundation for future interdisciplinary exchange and innovation.
